Connect a mailbox
An administrator or an employee connects a shared or personal mailbox, over Gmail or standard IMAP. Frexeo only reads mail; it never sends, deletes or moves anything in a Gmail account.
Freight email and document automation
Frexeo reads the shipping email your team already receives, finds the documents in it, checks them, and files them where your team keeps them. People review what needs a person and nothing else.
Understand the documents
Invoices, air waybills, packing lists and the rest are recognised, read and cross-checked. Anything that does not add up is flagged for a person with the reason spelled out.
File them where you work
Reviewed documents are saved to a Google Drive folder your team chooses with the Google file picker. Frexeo can only open the files it created and the files and folders someone explicitly picks.
Your Google data
When you connect a Google account, Frexeo asks for read-only access to Gmail and for access to the Drive files and folders you choose. We use that access only to provide these features to you. Frexeo’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
